There is no one tap way back in anywhere in the app. If you want a little room to breathe, you set that up in advance as part of the rule, while you are calm, rather than deciding it in the middle of a craving. With Lock Mode on you also cannot edit or delete a rule inside its active window, or pull an app out of a detox before it finishes.

No. Apple deliberately hands apps an opaque token rather than an app name, so even we cannot read which apps you selected. Everything is computed on your iPhone and none of it is uploaded anywhere.

Blocking an app at the operating system level is only possible through Apple's Family Controls framework, and reading accurate usage is only possible through Device Activity. Both require that permission. Without it Offliner cannot block anything or measure anything, which is to say it cannot work at all.

The day shows blank in your week row and the count starts again from the next clean day. Nothing is deleted and no notification tells you off about it. Days inside a detox cycle always count, because the apps cannot open at all during one.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select Offliner and tap Cancel Subscription. Refund requests also go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
